We started with healthy meal plans and daily diet-meal delivery across Istanbul. Hafifol still runs that service today. Nice To Fit You is the same kitchen discipline turned into a bistro: the same fresh ingredients, the same no-refined-sugar approach, this time at a table, without hurry.
Our kitchen philosophy
We count nutrients, not just calories. Every plate is built around quality protein, good carbohydrates and healthy fats. There is no refined sugar on the menu; sweetness comes from fruit, honey and dates.
